Dear Nicole,
Teng Rom lives in the village of Chankuy in Puok District, Western Cambodia with his wife and seven children.
He farms to support the needs of his large family. The family lives in a house built from palm and they own two chickens, five ducks and three cows. Before your donation, the family drew water from a nearby well which needed to be boiled and cooled before consumption.
Thanks to your kind donation, Nicole, Teng Rom has been gifted a water filter which can filter up to 80 liters of clean and safe drinking water each day. Thanks to your support, Teng Rom’s family will now have access to clean water and stay protected from waterborne disease!

Gift of clean water for Lo Hoeut’s family!

Dear Mark,
Lo Hoeut lives with his wife and son in the village of Chankuy in Puok District, Western Cambodia.
The family lives in a house built from palm and they own three ducks and a cow. They do farming to earn a living. The water from a nearby pit well serves as their primary source of water.

Gnoy Heub’s family can now drink clean filtered water!

Rit Re’s family now has access to clean water!

Rit Re lives with his family in the village of Tatrav in rural Western Cambodia.
The well provided for Rit Re’s family provides water for his family of six members that includes his wife and four children. The family lives in a house built from brick and they farm to support their needs.
With the kind donations of Janice (5 parts!), Tanya, Lin and Tom (10 parts!), Rit Re’s family has been gifted a well from which they can now draw water for their daily chores. Before this donation, the family had to travel long distances to gather water.

The well provided for Teang Tou will provide water for his family of six members who previously had to travel long distances to gather water. They live in a house built from palm and do farming to meet the basic needs of the family.

Safe from waterborne illness!

Chheng Proeun hails from the village of Chrey in Prasatbakong District, Cambodia.
He lives with his wife, three daughters and two sons in a house built from wood. He supports his family by the income earned from farming. In addition, they have five chickens.
The family draws water from a nearby pump well. The water cannot be consumed without first being boiled. Despite these safety measures, a member of the family falls ill every two weeks.
