La Sombath hails from a village called Khro Sang in the Siem Reap District of Western Cambodia.
He lives with his wife and two daughters and one son. The family lives in a house made of wood and they grow vegetables and rice to meet their needs. In addition, they also own seventeen ducks and four cows.
They draw water from a nearby pull pump which is not always clean and safe. It needs to be boiled and cooled before drinking.
Your kind donation of a water filter now ensures that La Sombath’s family has 80 liters of filtered, clean and safe drinking water each day.
Thank you, Tom, for giving this family clean water and keeping them safe from illness!
