Pum Lei lives with her family in the village of Trang of Prasatbakong District, Cambodia.
She and her husband support their family of six daughters and two sons by farming. They live in a house built from wood. In addition, they have 20 chickens.
The family draws water from a nearby pump well which cannot be consumed, unless boiled and cooled. Despite these precautions, a member of the family falls ill every two weeks.
Your gift of a water filter will now give Pum Lei’s family 80 liters of filtered, clean and safe drinking water each day.
Thanks so much, Katie, for your support!
