Suen Soth lives with his wife and seven children in the village of Tatrav (Bakong), in rural Western Cambodia.
The family lives in a house built from wood and they own one bicycle, one motor and an oxcart, which they use to get to town and for other needs. In addition, they also own 10 chickens and six cows which give them milk and eggs, thus providing them an additional source of income.
Before receiving the well from Trailblazer, Suen Soth’s family traveled long distances to gather water from pit wells, for the family and their livestock. The water, at most times, was dirty and unfit for consumption.
Your generous donations, Brad, Kathrina, Bonnard and Tom (x14) enabled Trailblazer to provide a pump well to Suen Soth’s family.
The family is very excited to receive this gift and values it very much. In this photo, Suen Soth’s daughter is seen using the new pump well, gifted by you all.
Thank you, for your support that will ensure that Suen Soth’s family is safe from waterborne illness!
