Hao Hak supports his two family units by growing rice. Their rice reserve consists of 720 kilograms to get them through the season. Since they do not have any livestock to help work the fields, it takes all seven members of the family (five of them being female) to plant and harvest the rice. Their mode of transportation is one bicycle and one motorbike, and their wooden home is shared between the two families.
Your donation, Janet, enabled Trailblazer to provide a water filter to Hak’s family. The water filter provides them clean drinking water, resulting in better health and sanitation. Thank you for bringing water and hope to Hak and his family. Look at the smile on his daughter’s face!
