Doeun’s family now has clean water!

Dok Doeun’s family of six males and three females lives in a wood house. Their water comes from a pit well, which is not potable. The family often falls prey to water-borne diseases and need to spend a lot of money on medication. The family shares two bicycles and one motorbike for transportation, and have one oxcart and two cows for farming rice.

Doeun and his family can grow and store away 2,280 kilograms of rice to last them the season. They have two chickens to augment their food securities. Doeun’s family will now have improved health and a better life because of the new bio-sand water filter that you gifted to them.
