Chong Chean has access to safe water

Chong Chean (Tropaing thom)
Dear Bellevue Rotary,

Chong Chean lives in a four family unit of 15 females and 6 males in the village of Tropaing Thom in rural western Cambodia. These four families all live in palm leaf houses. None of the families have any livestock, but they do farm a group plot. They produce about 500kg of rice a year, which is used in every meal.

The Bellevue Rotary’s generous donation has provided a drinking well for Chong Chean and these four families. Removing the need to travel long distances to collect unsafe water will save these families time, and keep them from getting sick. Thank you for your support.
